Designer Stay • City Views in the Heart of Town

Positive: Lokacija apartmana je odlična. Nalazi se u samom centru. Negative: Apartman se nalazi u zgradi koja je stara skoro 100 godina i reč “spooky” je previše blaga da opise hodnike i lift zgrade. Stolarija u apartmanu je previše stara i nefunkcionalna. Imali smo pogled na gradjevinsku skelu koja je bila montirana zbog restauracije fasade. Pritisak vode u kupatilu je previše slab tako da je i obično pranje ruku problematicno, a da ne pričam koliki je to problem za tuširanje. Slivnik u tus kabini ne radi kako treba i voda ne otiče, tako da i to malo vode sto izdje iz tuša završi van tus kabine. Drveni pod u apartmanu je star i neravan, u hodniku apartmana čak i nema drvenog poda. Sofa koja se razvlači je izuzetno neudobna za spavanje.

Positive: Smeštaj je u samom centru,do svega se lako i brzo stiže. Prostoran stan,dobro opremljen sa svim potrebnim za par dana boravka.

Positive: It's clean rooms, silent apt and neighbors Negative: Sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. At the very beginning there were too much codes to acces the property but this problem was resolved immediately I announced this.

Najgori smestaj, potraznja placenog iznosa Positive: Nista, nismo ni odseli u ovom apartmanu usled uzasnih uslova i aljkavosti objekta Negative: Prljavo,vlaga u stanu, nepripremljeno za ulazak gosta, izuuetno stara zgrada i stan sto ne odgovara opisu koji je na bookingu

Positive: Amazing flat located inside the prestigious Palace of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a historical monument building located in one of the most emblematic spots of the city. The apartment was clean and well organized, loved the overall fresh vibes, the parquet flooring that was very well taken care of, the tall rooms and the open kitchen, as well as the fact that the owner left some essentials for us amongst which some much needed coffee. ☕♥️ Also the mattress was much appreciated - more on the harder more stiff spectrum in terms of firmness which for us meant excellent and very comfy! Negative: We weren't aware there were renovation works going on, so when we got there we were a bit disappointed to see all outside views were blocked , including the window looking out to the Metropolitan church.
