Great location Positive: Very spacious and comfortable! Right in the city center Negative: Low Water pressure but then the apartment is on the 4th floor ,so perhaps that could be the reason.

Pictures looked better than in reality Positive: Excellent location, spacious apartment Negative: The bed was very uncomfortable with unpleasant synthetic sheets, hot water barely warm, water taps are uncomfortably close to the sink, stair case was full of pigeon waste.
